My name is Jin Lin (Ethan), I was born in China and grew up working in my parent’s restaurant. So technically I am a second generation ‘restaurateur,’ who was first inspired by my parents in the family restaurant.
I worked with my family at Lin’s Fusion (previously China buffet) on Blackstone Avenue my whole life. Ginza is my first solo venture so I hope to make my parents and family proud but also pass that legacy to my two young sons. However, I do not manage Ginza entirely alone.
Ginza is very much a joint venture between me and wife Jamie who works side by side with me following in the tradition of my parents before me. Hard work was modelled for me and Jaime.
